DELIVERIES
What are my delivery options?
We offer two delivery options, standard & express.
Standard Delivery:
3-5 working days (UK)
8-14 working days (Europe & USA)
14-21 working days (rest of the world)
Express Delivery:
1-2 working days (UK)
2-7 working days (Europe & USA)
7-10 working days (rest of the world)
Delivery times will depend on whether it's a standard delivery or express.

How do I track my order?
Standard delivery in the IK is an untracked service. For Europe and the rest of the world, a Royal Mail or DPD tracking number will be available. DPD services also provide SMS/email updates if customers sign up for it.
How do I qualify for free delivery?
We offer free standard delivery if you spend over £50 in the UK, over £100 for delivery to Europe and USA, and if you spend over £150 for delivery in the rest of the world.
Please note, all customs duties and import charges levied by the governments in destination countries will be payable by the customer.
What countries/regions do you deliver to?
We deliver all over the world except Canada, Africa, & South America.
What happens if I have not received my delivery?
If a tracking number is available, please track the delivery. If further assistance is required, or a tracking number is not available, fill in our contact form and we will help track the delivery.
Can I change/add to my order once placed?
Unfortunately, you can not amend an order once it has been placed. A new order will have to be placed to purchase additional items. If you would like to cancel the previous order, please send in a request and wait for confirmation before placing a new order.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is the return policy?
We offer returns 30 days from the date of your invoice. Refunds are only given on items that have been deemed as unused, new, and in resalable condition upon receiving.
How do I return my purchase?
To return your purchases, please fill in the returns label sent in the package. If returning for size issues or if the item(s) are unsuitable, postage to be paid by the customer. You can take the items to your nearest post office for the return. We recommend that any returns by sent by a signed for method.
If there is a fault with the item or the wrong goods are received, please send us an email with photos and we will discuss the best option for return.
Can I get an exchange for my online purchase?
Unfortunately we cannot process exchanges. Unsuitable items will need to be refunded and a new order for the desired item will need to be placed.
How long will it take to get a refund on my order?
Refunds can take 2-3 working days from receiving the return items. Refunds are given on receipt of the products in unworn, unused, new, and resalable condition, with all original packaging and tags intact. Products with tags removed, will be deemed as used and cannot be refunded.
